What Anastasia B likes about Taqueria Ei Mazapan:
A hot summer day in Chicago doesn 't tend to scream birria tacos! and yet I found myself eating at Chela 's with a friend. The establishment looks small outside (there is definitely limited parking shared with a Subway sandwich shop) but there is a lot of seating.
