Jack Chen - East Longmeadow
Jack Chen
Description
Nestled near Dunkin’ Donuts in East Longmeadow, Jack Chen II serves a diverse Asian vegetarian menu that appeals to health-conscious diners. While many rave about the large portions and variety, including oil-free options, some patrons have expressed concerns over the restaurant's understanding of vegan items and hygiene practices. The restaurant offers popular dishes like vegan Pad Thai and a range of soyprotein options, but cleanliness and proper labeling have been questionable. Despite mixed feedback, the quick service and flavorful offerings keep loyal customers returning for more of their favorite Chinese dishes.

I went to the other place for this restaurant, jack chen ii in springfield, ma, around 1193 summer ave. the best thing about the special health and diet portion of the menu is that they cook the dishes without oil, which is a nutritious as me. they have a few subtitles courts (I have the American Buddhist delight,) and then various similar combination plates of cooked vegetables that they vaporize. they do not use maize starch or salt, and they can get their choice of sauce on the side: brown, garlic, white, or black bud sauce. the sweet that is available in the various combinations are: snow beans, brush beans, mais, black mushrooms, brokkoli, carrots, bonnshore, auberginen and tofu. Although it may not be the best I ever tasted, it is very good, and it is certainly the healthiest eating in a restaurant like this that I can ever remember.
I frequently order from this restaurant because it is the best Chinese food in my area. I have never had any issues with my order and they always deliver quickly. The only complaint I have is that once the spare ribs from the Pu plate were slightly burnt around the edges, which my kids did not enjoy.
I adore the food at this restaurant and the service has always been excellent. No complaints from me.
For a while this place was a weekly lunch tradition for me. Its one of my favorite chinese food places. The staff is wonderfully friendly. The food is delicious and affordable. The portions are sizeable and the menu diverse. My wife likes their selection of vegetarian dishes. Everything I've tried has been good. I recommend it to all my friends in the area, by far one of my favorite places.
It's one of my favorite places to eat. My child and I both enjoy the menu and choose different items every time we order. The lo mine is one of my favorites as well as their barbecues and their general Tsao chicken. I recommend this situation in East Longmeadow and now that I work over the street of them, I will definitely take out more!!!
