Outstanding staff with a tremendous understanding of the entrees being served as well as being a quantifiable example of efficiency and top tier quality while maintaining an affordable dining experience which expands their market share to a larger, diverse socioeconomic group. In addition Jenna should be given a 25-35% raise, I don’t feel that it’s unreasonable. She’s worth it. Parking: Large parking lot Kid-friendli... View all feedback.
What McKinley Kitts doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I was given a visibly rotten apple and my baguette was well below the quality standards of Panera. This should not have been served to me, but unfortunately, this is a common occurrence at this restaurant. View all feedback.
Their cheddar broccoli soup is consistently a winner - absolutely delicious. I was envious of my boyfriend's choice of the tuna salad on a toasted baguette, as my turkey bravo sandwich was a disappointment. The sauce on it was far too tangy for my liking.

The staff at this restaurant are consistently impolite and disrespectful, often making fun of customers in front of others. During a recent visit, I was ridiculed for not knowing my own phone number when the kiosk was malfunctioning. Additionally, I witnessed an employee grab a mop while a customer was placing an order. Despite the brand's slogan of "Thank you for choosing Panera," my experience was disappointing. Even a conversation with a cook revealed that rude behavior from employees is a regular occurrence. After bringing my concerns to the District manager, I was told that this behavior was unexpected and that there is supposed to be an open door policy for addressing issues. However, the problems persisted, and I found myself being charged for a service that I had already provided my information for to another unfriendly employee. Despite reaching out to corporate, the lack of response from them and the continued lack of professionalism from the staff have left me dissatisfied and longing for better customer service. It's clear to me that some employees at this establishment are not held accountable for their behavior, making it difficult for customers to feel valued.
This is a perfectly decent Panera location. Our orders were made correctly and the store is mostly clean. It could definitely use some wiping down of tables and surfaces, maybe we caught them on a bad day but that's my one critique. You also have tostate that you want combos when ordering they do not offer them when you order eligible items. I was used to my old locationtrying to find the best deal for you automatically. All in all we would visit again.
The Panera in town has been redecorated and the menu pared down. Prices raised, too, I think. Nicer. But the music playing was loud and obnoxious, and there was a very loud mechanical sound reverberating in the bsckground somewhere. We had to raise ourvoices to converse.
