We love Koala! We stop in once a week for bubble tea. They are always super helpful and friendly.Don't sleep on their food either! It's delicious and you can get dessert as well. View all feedback.
I was helped by a blonde cashier, who was super friendly, and greeted me with an enthusiastic. Happy Monday! The service was wonderful. I ordered a mango smoothie, there was a miscommunication about having the cream on top, and they were so helpful in getting me a new one. It may have been my fault because my hearing is not the best. Regardless, they were very friendly and accommodating. My mother who used to have her own bakery, and is now retired, is quite a baked goods snob. In a good way. She loved the three different desserts I had her try. She usually doesn't like anyone's baked goods, but her own, but I could tell she absolutely loved the crêpe cake, the strawberry shortcake cup, and the dark chocolate cheesecake. The baked goods were so good, I went back later this evening, to get a mango slush, made with real fruit, and two other baked goods.
Cute cafe with a wonderful selection of teas, desserts, bakery items and food.
Kind staff. The calamari purple rice burrito is delicious, as are the sweet potato fries. The breads on the counter and the sweets in the cool case are very reasonably priced for the quality. I just wish there was a way to get the cheesy garlic bread and pizza bread warm. They are by no means bad at room temperature, but I prefer them warm and it's a minor inconvenience to heat them up at home.A big draw of this place is the drinks, due to personal preference, I am not a fan. I prefer a stronger spicier tea you might get in South Asia. If you have a sweet tooth, they are more suited to you.The lighting inside is not harsh, yet not too dim either, and music is played at all times. It is not pop radio, but I didn't pay attention specifically. The music is probably not loud enough to be distracting from studies, especially if you have decent headphones, and would most likely not overpower a conversation with a friend.Overall, 5 stars, but 3.5 stars for the spaghetti stir-fry specifically. The majority of the dish is quite good and satisfying, but the meats are gross and chewy. Granted, I ordered in the late evening, so maybe it has to do with how they are stored, and it'd be worth the venture to try this dish earlier in the day. Vegetarian options: Despite being an appetizer, the sweet potato fries are given in quite a large serving. If you are making a quick stop with friends rather than hoping to eat a proper meal, that should be a viable option. Anymore than that, I did not pay attention to the possibility of vegetarian options as I am not vegetarian. Kid-friendliness: I did not see high-chairs, but that doesn't mean they don't have them, so maybe call and ask yourself. The staff was kind to the school-aged children I saw. The foods are colorful and there is a variety of flavors, so I'm sure most kids would like something from here. Wheelchair accessibility: The door is a pull/push door, and there is no automatic button to open it.
Lots of options, and honestly a demystifying boba experience
The food is AWESOME!!! My kids are always asking to go here. It's worth it. The ratings tell the
