Pizza Paradise - East Lansdowne

Always pleasant coming into this establishment. However, the quality of pizza has gone down!! I’ve watched the pizza get thinner and stretch out. The price of their pizza, slices, specials and overall has increased big time but have thinned out their pizza. Crust is thin and crunchy, pretty much burnt. Pizza has no substance to it. Is it just me or did the recipe change?? Pepperoni came off a bit salty. How do I order takeout and still received overcooked pizza. Such a shame for a place that has good tasting pizza. I’ll be ordering elsewhere.

Very polite when ordering. But pizza was burnt three out of four times. Full transparency they did try to make it right by giving me a free pizza with my next order. It's kinda like gambling so order at your own discretion.P ersonally it's a thumbs down for me

They always forget the tomatoes on my hoagie. I call back to tell them about the ongoing issue and the female who answered the phone kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain and gets an attitude then hangs up. We 've been going there for years but I 'm tired of having to finish making a sandwich after paying for a sandwich that 's supposed to be already prepared. Tony 's across the street has much better service.
