Domino's Pizza - East Hanover Township

Worse place ever, I do not recommend, first I was on hold for about 10 mins twice before I completed my order as I was about to hang up he came back on the phone. He told me 45mins so 45mins would be 10pm, at 10:15pm I call he told me my pizza was left on the front step. No one call to say my pizza was there and That was not my steps because I was on the other side of the house which I told them. So now I don't even know how long it was there. Never again.

I called the around 6:45 tonight to order pizza for my mom and my sister. I left them around 7pm. I told them to call me if the pizza isn't to them by 8pm. My mom said no pizza. I called around 8:16pm to find out where the driver was. I was told the driver was 4 minutes away. I told my mom to wait in the lobby of the hotel which is only 1.8 miles away from the hotel. She stood waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes before I called again. I was put on hold for 5 minutes. The driver was ignoring the guy who was calling. Finally the pizza came but it wasn't the order I placed!!!!! I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with a diet coke. My mom said it was a plain pizza with bread sticks, was ICE COLD, and no soda. She was beyond livid. Driver said he was going back to get her order and we canceled it. I then ordered from Parippany location to pick up and with me ordering it and delivering it to my mom took only 30 MINUTES TOTAL!!! I do not recommend this place. I canceled my order and got my money back. If you want a completely different order and ice cold food, then be my guest. I will never order from them again. I'd rather order from Parsippany and make the trip to my mom and sister instead of ordering from this place.

Review is for carryout primary. Food is always fresh and hot whenever I order. New ownership has done a good job.

Takes forever. Food cold. People that work there are rude.
