Sainsbury's Cafe - East Hampshire

I visited sainsburys, alton invite for my Christmas shop this morning (a day I usually dread). I was very impressed by how well they were organized for the huge masses who did the same as I did. there were many additional employees engaged to help and re-encamp regale, all with a smile. Many thanks for having my shopping so much better than expected. well done and a happy christmas and a happy new year for all of you.

The staff in sainsburys garage, where fantastic today a lost dame helps to return to their family. One of the staff even drive to check a few of the nursing homes, she had known well!

Thanks to the staff today in the afternoon. my older mother was shopping and had a small accident that damaged her little zehen, but because of the medicaments she took, she bleed a lot. the staff was quick and efficient and very friendly to her. my own daughter was shopping with her and she told me that ben and nathan stopped the bleeding with the help of two other employees. they were all so nice to her. the service was first class. all on Saturday afternoon. well done.

Just before 10 o'clock on Friday I realized that my credit card was missing. after a bag and a handbag clearly worked out I was last used in sainsburys in alton a few days before. telephoned at 10.02 (not expected to answer someone) must talk to denise who took my information and said she would try to find out if my card was there, but maybe she might not be able to talk to someone until tomorrow. less than 5 minutes later she called back to let me know that my card was in the load and that she didn't want me to worry about night. this is what I call fantastic customer service and thank them denise ayres (team leader gave me name, hopefully spun properly), thanks to them a less cached to worry about

Sad it's now shut. Taken over by that awful Starbucks.
