Filippou's Twisted Pizza

I haven't been to Twisted in a while. I decided to give it a try on a beautiful day and sat on the patio to watch Main Street, EG. The house wine was $8, but the pour was small. I asked for the pizza to be crispy, but it came out with burnt cheese. To top it off, there was a 4.3% charge for using a credit card, which we didn't see on the menu. The server was nice, but we will be trying pizza at other restaurants from now on. Who carries cash these days anyway?Credit cards are more common. Twisted has lost our business.

I really regret having to give this restaurant a zero-star rating. We ordered three pizzas and a burger, and unfortunately, every single dish was a complete disaster. Despite providing specific instructions, none of the pizzas were prepared as requested. The taste was simply off, and the quality of the ingredients used was extremely poor. Adding to the negative experience, the bacon on our burger was undercooked and chewy, posing a serious health risk. The customer service was just as disappointing. When we called to express our dissatisfaction, they were dismissive and showed no concern. This was hands down the worst dining experience we have ever had. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place at all costs.

We've gone in here many times and prices were very reasonable. Last night we went in and had 5 vodkas w club soda or cranberry juice an appetizer and salad and the check was 112.00. Are you kidding me! I eat at Laura's and drink more and get full dinners and an app and that's about what our check would be or at many other restaurants. Needless to say we will not be going back here. It's sad.

If you like burnt, bland pizza, you might like it! Otherwise, avoid. Their Wakefield location has always been good. The EG location is not.

Have ordered from Twisted many times. We ordered a large pizza, wings and a tossed salad for delivery. It was 15 mins late not a problem. But the pizza was burnt all across the top, and cold. Wings were also cold. We called to complain immediately and they offered to make a new one or credit us. I have 2 kids who couldn't wait any longer so we opted for the credit. The woman on the phone hung up on me after I said the credit, but still hasn't me anything or reverse the charge on my credit card. Awful. 2 stars because the tossed salad was fine.
