Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite diners from which to get breakfast (next to IHOP). But Cracker Barrel has the country store at the entrance which you have to walk through to get to the diner area; I love the country store. However, there was an issue with them not serving certain items on the menu until 11:00 am, yet, they serve alcoholic beverages all day long. There was a large party of guests seated at a table next to mine; everyone at that table had beer, and they were all women. Who drinks beer at 10 o'clock in the morning (even if you're on vacation, out on a beach, you don't start drinking that early in the day). Other than that, there was one other issue that I brought to the attention of my waiter: I ordered a hot chocolate with my meal. The chocolate comes with a whipped cream topping. Once I consumed the whipped cream, I was left with a quarter cup of hot chocolate. I would've been better off not getting the whipped cream had I known that would've been three quarters of my beverage. But the restaurant is excellent. I've always loved Cracker Barrel.

New menu with many new elements added. We ordered the chickens and dumplings with the side of macaroni and cheese and hot apples. Ordnete the chicken fried chicken with the side of green beans and collar greens. The waitress was very nice, just less the 15 minutes to get our meal. The food was hot. Many chickens and dumplings. The chicken fried chicken was not crushed like the past in gravity. The severity was on the side. You even have a drink menu now.

Absolutely delicious! It is 10 stars in all, surprised with the service at the tables of more than 5 people! Wow waiter line to serve a table of 10, I loved it! and the food without words completely fresh... So much for such low prices!!! It's very, very cheap... 1 and 100,000 times I recommend it...

A nice family restaurant. The tasty comfort food is always good and predictably cooked accurately. The gift shop is fantastic. Very unique clothing, toys, jewelry, candies and gifts. I've Never been disappointed.
