Great place to get breakfast, really enjoyed the cinnamon roll french toast and the omelette was cooked well. Service was fast and friendly. Location is right off the main road and easy to find. Worth the stop if you want a decent breakfast with good food. View all feedback.
What Dov Sirulnik doesn't like about Moonakis Cafe:
This place is alright, bit overpriced for mediocre food. Good service and decent atmosphere. Definitely does not deserve 4.6 stars. Only notable part of meal is the owner’s hilarious replies to perfectly valid reviews. Can’t expect much better in mass I guess. View all feedback.
We were looking forward to the cranberry pecan pancakes during our entire trip to the Cape. When we arrived, on our last day, they had just closed. It was Labor Day and they were closing early. My partner was so disappointed. When we turned to leave, a server came to the door and said, “Hang on, let me get them for you to go!” He brought them outside for us at the picnic table with everything we needed for a great breakfast. They really went above and beyond and the pancakes were delicious too! Thank you for making our end of summer trip extra special by going the extra mile.
This cafe has a small dining room so there is almost always a wait but it is worth it and you will be in out before you know it. The staff is friendly and efficient and the menu sticks to the standards which they do very well. It is loud, bearable but just be aware it is not a great place for intimate conversations. The cranberry pecan pancakes waffles are delicious. The pancakes are quite large, fluffy with a crisp outside-perfection. The bacon is prepared perfectly crisp the eggs scrambled exactly as requested. The chocolate chip pancakes were a hit as was the eggs Benedict. The #3 provided enough food for the 3 of us but as everyone had ordered their own, we had breakfast leftovers!
