What Rachel Hyde doesn't like about James' Patisserie Sandwiches:
I had to leave a two star review as both times I have been in James Patisserie and had to give up waiting again. Today I was standing in the front of the queue and I wasn't acknowledged whist I waiting patiently to be served. I felt it got to almost 10mins and I gave up, the lady making other people's sandwich could see I was waiting but just ignored me. The other server went on lunch so I gave up. When I got back ho... The baker creates my favorite cake, which I love, and always has delicious options. There is a wide variety of high-quality cakes and sandwiches, and the staff is always helpful. They make fantastic cakes for special occasions like birthdays and celebrations, and have a great selection available. I rarely give 5 stars, but this place definitely deserves it.
