Though the weather was windy there was sun and we were able to sit in the adorable garden that they have in the back. Lovely little place in the heart of Honiton. The inside is also very quaint and rustic to sit in as well with welcoming staff. I had a delicious Brie and Cranberry toastie while my mother chose an Orange and Pecan cake from one of the many options on display. Very delicious, highly recommend. View all feedback.
What Rowena Hunter doesn't like about Toast:
Been going to Toast many times over years, always ok but not today after work -had to wait ages for cheese /tomato Toasty had to ask how much longer wait as had drunk my coffee which was not that hot -tomatoes in toasty were cold.... The lady when i paid could not have cared less. Was very disappointed will use coffee tea place further up high street in future. View all feedback.
I took myself to work today in the toast cafe and patisserie in honiton. I loved it! loved the decoration, loved the coffee, loved eating, loved the garden. very recommended for brunch/lunch/tea and the house decoration shop cocoon next door is also a beautiful view.
They have always liked this place! excellent coffee, good staff, really good touch and a great environment especially the garden.
A nice caffe at the end of the busy high street. it is a cozy place with inside and outside seats. dog-friendly. the garden is beautiful, picturesque, houselike, surrounded by plants and birds. Really a quiet place when the sun is outside. Great menu options, from a cuppa and cake, to a more filling lunch. the vegan options were a considered part of the menu (I felt corrupted for the choice) in the opposite to a token add option.
Very nice small place to eat, with a pretty garden area and a lot of interior. loved the tabletops made of well-supported wood! nice menu choice, inexpensive and good size served. friendly, efficient service from service staff. they also had a tempting number of cakes in a display, but unfortunately the main course didn't leave me out. Oh, a good excuse for a return visit for coffee and cake!
Stopped on our way.from Hampshire to Cornwall, second visit to this lovely small business. Great Mac Cheese Quiche of the day. Too full to try the fabulous looking cakes!
