Toast - East Devon
Toast
Description
Toast restaurant in Honiton has received mixed reviews recently. Some customers were disappointed with the quality of food and service, citing issues with dry sandwiches and unappetizing presentation. Others found the place to be a cozy and dog-friendly spot, with great menu options and a picturesque garden. Despite some complaints about slow service and limited breakfast items, overall, Toast seems to be a hidden gem worth visiting for a delicious meal in a relaxing ambiance with friendly staff.

Another great breakfast here, it’s our second visit and just as good as the first. Friendly staff with with a nice cafe layout. Good options of food to suit all. Highly recommend
A lovely cafe at the end of the bustling High Street. It's a cosy place, with indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly. The garden is lovely, quaint, cottage-like, surrounded by plants and birdsong. Truly a serene place when the sun is out. Great menu options, from a cuppa and cake, to a more filling lunch. The vegan options were a considered part of the menu (I felt spoilt for choice) as opposed to a token add on option. Great friendly service.
Thursday morning for brunch. Busy and humming. Smiling staff. Excellent very hot coffee (so rare) and delicious brunch. Well done to you all. An excellent example of a really good independant cafe supported by the local community.
Lovely little cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating, good choice of food including daily specials, well worth a visit!
