The cod was extremely dry, with no... read more I recently purchased cod and chips because I didn't feel like cooking. It turned out to be the worst decision I've ever made. The cod was extremely dry, with no white flesh left. The batter was so hard that even my dog had trouble chewing it, and the chips were also dry and tough. I spent almost £10 and it was a complete waste. I suspect that everything had been sitting in the warmer for days. I highly recommend avoiding this place. They could definitely learn a thing or two from Bloaters in Sidmouth. This was the worst fish and chips I've ever had in 50 years. I will never be going back. Avoid at all costs.
