Stewarts Root Beer - East Brunswick

This restaurant may not have the healthiest options, but who eats healthily all the time? It's an unexpected spot to find vegan dishes. While I was in Jersey searching for vegan restaurants, I was surprised to discover this place. After checking the menu, I was amazed by the variety of vegan options they offer. The food was delicious and satisfying, and the service was exceptional. The gentleman who took our orders was clearly dedicated to his job and provided excellent customer service. They seem to have a fantastic team that truly deserves success. They also have plenty of non-vegan options, so there's something for everyone. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking them out!

This is the best Stewart’s in Central Jersey! No one makes a better fat sandwich than they do. However, ordering online can be a bit hit or miss, as it has inaccurate orders about 50% of the time. On the bright side, I've never had an issue when placing an order in person. The staff is friendly and incredibly quick to provide you with exactly what you ordered.

The food is great, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I would have given them five stars, but the men's room sink has a "out of order" sign. This same sign was there a week ago during my last visit. Can we get this fixed?

We stopped here after seeing her vegan menu in the window. There are many parking spaces. Very clean. We were immediately welcomed and set. The staff were nice and made sure that we had what we needed the whole visit (water, sauces, check). The food was really good! We ordered everything from the vegan menu: Chik'n Fat Cat, Cali over Burger with curly frits and a hot dog with onions and relish. Everything was well cooked. Fries were perfectly crispy. Veggies were fresh. The fat sandwich was not dirty (like?!) and nothing was excessively fat. Will definitely come back!
