Louie Brunswick Square - East Brunswick

I like the interior, it is spacious and beautiful. What I really love is the outdoor seating area, it is very nice and pleasant. It was windy today so we couldn't sit outside. Food is great. I can say that the avocado toast I've ever had was the best. Perfect mix of flavors, mouthwater. The staff was there. The interaction and kindness made us very welcome. I'd keep going.

We came around approx. 7 pm and were told that there is a 25-minute waiting time for outdoor seats (tonnes of empty tables - probably due to lack of personalization) or 20 minutes waiting for the bar seating, but immediate seating within. When we went towards our table, the General Manager asked us if we prefer our outside seats. We advised him we preferred outdoors in such a beautiful night. He sat out immediately and we had great service from our waitress who also trained another waitress. The food and drink were also great this evening.

Suzy and Ed's performance behind the bar was exceptionally stellar today! Ed's non-chalante description of her ALL NEW Tostada Burger was absolutely mouth irrigation. He is always here at the top of things to make sure I know the Happy Hour Specials. Who doesn't know?! And it's delivered! Suzys Grand Lemon Drop was the second only on her inviting energetic personality! All in all a winner! As a frequent patron of Bar Louie, I would like to see Suzy getting more time to shine behind the bar. I'll be back in the near future.

This was our first time, and the food and service exceeded our expectations. Our server Kayla was super sweet and attentive. We ordered the voodoo pasta and pepperoni pizza and they were delicious. The drinks were also great!

Bar Louie regularly provides a welcoming atmosphere and perhaps the best outdoor seating bar in the area. Every bartender and server I have interacted with was friendly, professional, and inviting. As a local, I have been here many times and I have consistently had a positive experience, particularly with the service staff. Due to how my off-work schedule aligns with theirs, I have had the most experience with (please pardon any spelling errors Michelle, Jamie, Alan, Jack, Michelle (who helped me with my Spanish! and more recently Annie who gave great wine recommendations and Jazz who was a fantastic server. I'm sure the rest of the team is great as well, I just haven't had the pleasure of meeting them yet. Thank you for being a consistently great place to come to for relaxation on my days off! Cheers
