This mall has such potential for so much more. It's a nice place to walk around but it doesn't have much to offer. They have two major department stores and then a few minor stores for shopping. Many of the available stores are still empty. They could use a nice Italian restaurant or something healthier to eat there. They included these cute little shopping carts that are cars for the kids to ride in. The only thing... View all feedback.
What Jessica Campbell doesn't like about Brunswick Square:
LEAD FEST CARNIVAL : THE FAIR CARD (ADD FUNDS FOR TICKETS) WAS ANNOYING... NEXT TIME I WILL PURCHASE A PASS FOR MY SON. WASTE OF MONEY. MORE MONEY SPENT... FOOD: THEY OFFERED NO BAGS AND I COULD BARELY GET A NAPKIN... NO PLACE TO EVEN SIT AND EAT.... View all feedback.

I barely plan on spending that much on myself when I go there because there aren't many stores for my age group that I can buy clothes or things I like or need.
The mall is very small which wouldn't be an issue if they had better stores. There are only a few that are worth browsing/shopping in.
Decent mall, Small but not terribly small. Some good name stores and some good local stores. A lot of stores open and close though which is kind of odd but covid messed things up. Mall is lively on weekends but dead on weekdays. The overall looks of the mall isn't the best and you might see kids smoking or homeless people around but for the most part its pretty good and the food options aren't bad.
The only mall in East Brunswick. Growing up here often meant making jokes about how lackluster it is since pretty much any adjacent mall is better, but I have to say that Brunswick Square has evolved a lot through the years. They have expanded and incorporated some pretty new and unique businesses (especially in the form of restaurants), while keeping the staple businesses that every mall must have (Macy's, GAP, Auntie Anne's, etc.)The movie theater, although bought out by AMC, has become a much more consistent experience. I still go to the one off of Route 1 instead, but on the off chance someone makes plans that insist on staying in East Brunswick, the mall has become a much more robust option than it used to be. If you haven't been to the Brunswick Square in a while, maybe consider visiting again. You'll most likely find it nowhere near as intolerable/joke-worthy than it used to be.
It's not the best choice in my area. The sales lady in K jewlers was super aggressive and there's not many stores
