I ordered the same thing in the next town, and it was perfect! I won’t be returning to this location.

Upon closer inspection, I realized that the chick... read more However, upon getting home and taking a bite of the breast, I found it incredibly tough and difficult to chew. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the chicken had been recooked. It looked like old chicken from the night before—brown, discolored, and unappetizing. I called the restaurant and spoke with someone who might have been the manager. Unfortunately, he didn't seem to understand the concept of customer recovery and simply said there was nothing he could do, almost brushing me off with a "sorry for your loss" attitude. I was very disappointed with how he handled the situation. To the owner of this location in Early, Texas, I want to express that it will take some time for me to consider returning to your establishment.
