Their Sunday roast is particularly recommended for its huge portions and great quality. While the draught beer was a bit bitter, the overall experience was exceptional, with excellent service and charming staff. One reviewer even had a perfect birthday party there. A great local pub perfect for both locals and visitors, offering good value for money and a sunny atmosphere even on a grey London Sunday. This gem in Acton is definitely worth a visit for fantastic food and service.

Great! We are very impressed by Brilliant ambience and decoration. Great portions and taste! Really satisfying pub food with a spin! We loved the Calamari Wetar sauce, marinated olives, fried halloumi fingers, pigs belly and beef/ale/mushroom pie . We will definitely return and bring our guests there to show our local pub: View all feedback.

What John Matthews dislikes about Rocket:
4pm Saturday afternoon , no one in the pub but the drum and bass was pumping loudly. Met a friend there and moved on quickly after one drink , only ones there. Dont mind drum and base but not at 4 on a warm Saturday afternoon. Perhaps I’m old ! Not my cup of tea at all. View all feedback.
