For a more peaceful coffee experience, better options can be found further down Oxford Street.

However, the chocolate was served... read more I ordered the Billionaires hot chocolate and it came with whipped cream and sprinkles on top in a Christmas-themed paper cup. However, the chocolate was served cold so I returned it. Unfortunately, it was not replaced, only reheated. I was disappointed that the cream had been mixed in without an apology, and the female server gave me a dirty look. Despite the temperature not being very hot, the hot chocolate was delicious. I would consider trying it again at a different Costa location.

The coffe... read more Horrible value for the money we spent at Costa. Surprised to see so many of these shops all around London didn't realise that the chain was so strong. The coffee isn't that great. I prefer Starbucks.
