Caffe Nero - Ealing

Great place to sit and work. but cleaning is not at the mark. they need something fragrant to dimenify the bad smell .staff are quite amazing

My favorite industry! by far the best staff and coffee. they are always so kind and courteous, we have in the regular a chit chat, while there and my mocha is always consistently delicious! not sure whether the personal has changed, but the 3 amazing baristas who have worked there before the pandemic and partly while are the best!

Nice dig of nero. very polite and professional baristas. coffee is good. eating is like any other nero. can be busy from time to time, but always many sit.

This restaurant is extremely unclean. I have never seen a more filthy coffee shop before. The tables are covered in dirty cups, the floor is dirty from spilled food and there are pieces of paper scattered around. The staff are not doing anything to clean up, they are just standing around chatting.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at Cafe Nero today. Despite patiently waiting my turn to be served, I felt like an invisible customer as both baristas ignored me and seemed more interested in serving the white customers who came in. Already having a rough morning, all I wanted was a simple coffee. It's disheartening that in this day and age, such behavior is still tolerated. Unfortunately, the experience tainted the taste of my coffee.
