Ordered delivery from here today and it was one of the most delicious Thai meals I’ve had in London. The food arrived hot as well which is a rare thing. Their Thai Red curry and Massaman was amazing, generous portions and so many prawns! Could not recommend highly enough, I’ll be back. View all feedback.
What Connor C doesn't like about Butlers Thai Cafe:
Recently moved to Ealing, walked last so thought we would try a takeaway. We had ribs, prawn toast, lamb masaman, phad thai, dumplings. Everything was just very bland, all weirdly tasted the same. We are huge lovers of thai but honestly please do not visit this place, you will most definitely be disappointed View all feedback.
Sweet little restaurant serves delicious authentic Thai food. many Thai restaurants do not provide good jungle cure. but these young make it (dry version) beautiful.
Really bad and unauthentic eating. I've been to this place twice, and both experiences were really bad I had to make a comment. it is a scandal because it is located in a part of south ealing, where independent restaurants thrive. so what was so bad with the experience? I start with the service. the last two times I picked up a take, the owner gives them a barrage of asking that appear most like the Spanish inquisition on my order. I guess she just tries to be friendly, but it goes to the point of the little talk and more like the Chinese drive through to dude, where is my car. Once they place their order, she really tries to sell hard...read more
Terrible! very long delivery fee); poor service (they forgot two items that had to be delivered later); very tiny portions; overpriced; and above all eating was really not very good. extremely disappointed will not buy again from them and would urge others not to make the same mistake!
Not back. I thought I would give the most important Thai players a break in ealing and continue to venture south ealing, butlers a chance to give. it looks sweet and cozy from the outside, but the one court I had (massaman) was terrible to the point that I had to throw it away after I had spoons of it, I can only hope that this was a take, but I will not come back. the competition in ealing is far too big for a small restaurant like this to disappoint first times customers.
Amazing breakfast with delicious nutella crepes. very nice caffe and the personal is so sweet and attentive. also dog friendly - what could you want more?!
