Absolutely disgusting! The beef burgers looked over cooked, then like they’d be reheated and then left to cool! The chips where cold and soggy and the chicken burger was soggy and falling apart. So extremely disappointed. That was the second disappointing trip to this Carls jr lately, won’t be returning for a third round! Very unfortunate how the quality of this place has completely diminished since opening. View all feedback.

I work in a shop near and the last 3 days they gave us the wrong witness. but because of the work, we can't just go back to return the witness. Last night we got no or nuggets and only 3 offers with our mixed firm. last week we only have 3 burgers in our burgerbox. the week before. our chips were only half full and zero-popcorn chickens, and you sound them and make them lie, or they don't answer the phone. very poor.

I called KFC Eagleby today to place an order for over 40 combo meals and buckets of chicken with just an hour's notice. They provided outstanding service, making the entire process very smooth. Thank you!

I absolutely adore the Famous Star with Cheese Burger and fries! The quieter days here are truly delightful. However, during the busy times, we've encountered some mistakes with our order, which did impact our dining experience. We really enjoy bringing our two kids along. Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Lunch.

You would expect that for $48.50, which includes two kids’ meals and a large double burger combo, the Coke would be more than just watered-down syrup. Disappointing! I won’t be returning. Food: 2, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 2.
