Having grown up in a food-centric area of Atlanta, I've found the dining scene in Eagle to be the most challenging aspect of living here for the past five years. The Assembly is the perfect spot for a date night, a girls' night out, or even a place to bring friends without the hassle of driving up the valley! I biked there and back and enjoyed every moment. The portion sizes and menu selection are great, making sharing easy. My favorites from the summer 2020 menu include the stuffed dates, beet salad (which is the best I've ever had), poke, and lobster pasta. The dressing on the beet salad greens is so delicious it deserves its own spotlight! I hope the menu changes seasonally because we're already visiting frequently (three times in five weeks), and I’d love to see different options over time. I look forward to creating many wonderful memories here!

It... read more I took a moment to share my thoughts on The Assembly, but my review was removed. I would advise against believing all the 5-star ratings for this restaurant. It didn’t meet my expectations, and I doubt it aligns with what most locals would truly appreciate. It seems like a place where you need to eat and drink beforehand to avoid disappointment. Be cautious! Many of the reviews feel quite insincere.

The staff was friendly, and the menu, though concise, was quite impressive. The chef clearly uses only the finest ingredients. I highly recommend this place, and we will certainly be back the next time we are in the city.

All the cocktails, appetizers, entrees, deserts and wines are wonderfully crafted and “assembled”. The service is always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The staff was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. We will definitely be returning. We’re so glad they’re here in Eagle. Good luck to them, and we look forward to coming back soon!
