this place bounced and I can see why! if I had eaten such amazing carbs, I would have had the crepes, the French toast and the amazing and crispy hash browns that came with the omelette of my vic. oh! and the pancakes were amazing and fluffy, but I just said no. the fruit bowl and omelette were delicious, as well as the coffee and the moimosa finale! the service was first class! what really impressed me was the coffe... This restaurant is the perfect spot for a delicious breakfast brunch! The food is amazing, the customer service is great, and the portions are generous. Make sure to try the gluten-free protein pancakes! And don't miss out on the mimosa specials!
This restaurant was bustling and it's easy to see why! If I ate such delicious carbs, I would have chosen the crepes, the French toast, and the crispy hash browns that came with my Vic's Omelette. The pancakes were also incredibly fluffy and tasty, but I had to pass on them. The fruit bowl and omelette were scrumptious, and the coffee and mimosa were a perfect finish to the meal. The service was top-notch! One thing that really impressed me was the complimentary coffee to go after I finished my meal - a very nice touch that was greatly appreciated. I sat at the counter and never felt rushed, despite the busy atmosphere, and I even bumped into an old friend while there. Overall, a fantastic experience! Thank you very much!
The food was excellent. We had to wait for 20 minutes before we were seated, but once we were, we were welcomed by a friendly and helpful server. She was attentive without being intrusive. The food was delicious, making it a memorable dining experience.
Received quick service for as busy as they were. Good food and friendly staff.

We went right in and was told that we took a place, we had drinks on the table with in 2 minutes order was taken and food came fantastic and hot, wait staff was some of the best ever, we never wanted for anything, I would recommend this place to everyone.
We have been on the net for years and always have a consistently good meal! Our waiter, Bryce Miller, brought us a carafe of cream as we tend to go through them so fast! He rocks
The food was outstanding as it always is. Unfortunately they are still a victim of these times and have staffing issues as service was slow and lacked communication between them. The service team did the best they could to keep up but they still need a few more people if they want to continue to seat all tables. I would recommend a host stand to control the follow of people coming in and close down about 20% of tables until they reach full staff again.

Absolutely love The Griddle—every single time! The service is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious with unique dishes. The owner is knowledgeable and fun, adding to the great atmosphere. The restaurant is clean, with calming colors and decor. Their iced vanilla lattes are amazing. I'm always impressed and satisfied whenever I dine here. It feels like having breakfast at a friend’s place—warm and welcoming.
