Not a coffee connoisseur but the cold brew I had earlier today left much to be desired. Very acidic and way too much ice. Not sure why this place is a 4.6 but I would avoid and go elsewhere. View all feedback.

The coffee tasted good and was creamy. I’m a diabetic. I miss flavors. Starbucks got rid of their sugar free Mocha most places only carry vanilla. You don’t have any options except Stevia. Trust me the diabetes will kill me before the cancer. Theirs no way I’m the only one that thinks they should carry the option. It’s almost crazy to think in 2024 a coffee shop doesn’t consider people’s blood sugar levels. I just want to feel like a normal person like everyone else but I can’t have flavors and that is alienating.
We went on Friday late morning with our dog and it was wonderfully busy! Love seeing a community spot like this thriving. Great seating indoors and out. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. We sat inside and enjoyed our drinks and a cinnamon roll. WiFi was a little slow. We can’t wait to try our new beans from Color Coffee Roasters.
Color coffee is a part of the fabric of the Eagle community. Amazing variety of coffee beans, freshly roasted and always new single origins to try out. We love dropping in to read the newspaper with a cortado, treat our kids to a delicious pastry or have a happy hour drink.
Great coffe and a true coffee shop vibe! Ricky was very helpful and made a mean cappuccino. We’ll definitely be back!
