Original Tommy's Hamburgers

The chili is good as always but the new burgers kinda suck. The bun is way too big and the patty is thinner than ever. It’s like 95% bun and 5% beef. The bun was also stale and falling apart.

None existent customer service. Couldn't hear the worker due to the pressure washing going down the street. He got annoyed I didn't understand him. No biggy I just want my food. Found a hair in my burger and went back to let them know so I can get a new burger. No biggie again I've worked fast food and know stuff happens sometimes. Guy at register offered no apologies at all and had annoyed look again. He told the cook to remake the burger and then did something else. Asked for a refund instead since his bad attitude made me not want to give money to this company. Gave me my money with same annoyed look and didn't talk to me again. I feel bad for him

Only outdoor seating. At night the concrete can be to cool for sensitive backsides. Enjoy the quick service during the off hours. Like anywhere else, busy times can have a line.Food: 4/5

The cashier are rude and the food is alright. It's funny cause every time there is something wrong with my visit to them.. I won't be back for a while.
