Our last night in town, and we found this jem! A really cool place with a great atmosphere. Miss Abby is so great ...briskly moving around always smiling and such a warm personality. She was fantastic. The food was excellent, perfectly completed. Ended with dessert which was also perfectly completed and delicious. A little slow, yes but our group didn't even notice. We were the last table of the night and even got to... View all feedback.
What Zaria Herman doesn't like about Bortolotti's Cin Cin:
It was ok. Short staffed and maybe could have used at least a full bartender. Food was nice but expect this to take most of your night. Overall probably go back. Really cute place View all feedback.
We spent a total of 2 hours at the restaurant. While there was a note on the table stating that each dish would take 20-25 minutes to prepare, that timeframe should have added up to around 50 minutes, not 120. We had two different waiters attending to us, but neither of them said more than 10 words throughout our meal, nor did they check on how we were enjoying the food. And no, they were not busy at the time. When we finally requested the check, we noticed we were charged $13 for a salad that was supposed to be included with our meal. We were so eager to leave that we didn’t even want to ask for it to be removed, which likely would have taken another 20 minutes. Additionally, they charge a fee (I think it was 3.5%) for payments made with a credit card. I could keep going on about the negatives, but to summarize, if we had any cash on us, we would have left $10 on the table and walked out after waiting an hour for our food. I definitely won't be returning due to the poor customer service and extra fees that many people are trying to avoid these days. Five stars for the chefs, but that’s about it!
If you're in a hurry, this is not the place for you! However, if you're seeking a relaxing evening filled with great food and an incredible atmosphere, look no further. My wife and I visited after I had an outing in Eagle River, and we were pleasantly surprised by how perfect it turned out to be for a quiet date night. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I’m not sure why I’ve never dined here before, but I’ve already made reservations for Saturday evening with two other couples, and I can’t wait to share my experience!
Once inside, we noticed a note on the table about the freshness of the food we were about to enjoy. The food was good, and the service was pleasant. However, when I paid my bill with my usual credit card, I was surprised to find an additional $3.50 charge for using it. There was no sign indicating this at the entrance, and I only learned about the fee when I handed my card to the server. While I understand the challenging times many industries are facing, I believe being transparent about such fees is essential for a good business model. Everyone knows that credit card companies charge fees for their services, but I felt deceived by this unexpected charge. If a restaurant imposes credit card fees, they should inform customers beforehand, allowing us to decide whether to pay cash or choose another restaurant. Thank you for taking the time to listen.
I came through the search for restaurants in the opposite. we lived here for 7 years and never knew about it. we liked the interior of the restaurant. the waitress was very nice. we started with a little pizza. we chose the pizzaiola sauce. it was very good on the pizza that we put with pfefferminz. they start with crostini and house made olivenhahnade. the leading actress I wanted to be like that, my man and I had the gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce. it was very good, but not as big as a portion. the salate that comes with the meal is also on the small side. all in all we enjoyed our meal.
Very nice place. Food was good. My wife got bacon wrapped scallops. I was jealous. I had the Friday fish boil. I love crawfish!. My one complaint, if the bar would have been busy (we went off season), we would have had people right on top of us, talking, drinking, potentially watching us eat. That could be an issue for me if it is busy.
