I drove through the drive-thru to place my order at Subway, only to find that it is now a touch screen kiosk, eliminating any interaction with employees. The lobby was dirty and strange, and when I reached the drive-thru window, it was filthy. The staff member refused to accept my expired coupon, which was only 8 days past the date.
