Black Bear Diner - Eagle Crest

Pay $50+ to order food and you have to wait until every in-store customer has had there food made if someone else walks in you wait longer! Not worth what they charge at at all with that kind of service.

I love this place but this day the eggs were way overcooked and they were not happy that I sent them back and I asked for poached steaks, which toowere overcooked.

I ordered biscuits and gravy breakfast to go with eggs and bacon and they put it in a bag that was too small and everything went to one side. Gross.

We like Black Bear Diners. Unfortunately, they were understaffed, and the staff was untrained on how to serve tables. Basic stuff like being friendly, asking if there was anything needed, spoons for soup, knives to eat with, napkins, bringing our bill, and having someone to take money at the register. Pretty basic. We'll be back. It was probably just a bad day. But some of this is due to lack of training.

Really enjoyed the sausage and gravy, nice staff...
