We so enjoyed our meal here! We each had an amazing signature cocktail, and the sommelier helped us choose an amazing bottle of red. Everything from the amuse bouche to the bone marrow to the salmon tartare was delicious! The pistachio milles feuilles was outstanding View all feedback.

First the pros nice cocktail wine list. Cute space. Sophisticated vibe. The vegetable sides were simple good. Now the cons The crispy egg came so raw that the white of the egg was still translucent. My husband and I went to Chez Sophie to celebrate my birthday. We chose their tasting menu which had a great selection. The food is impeccable and every dish had the perfect blend between texture, taste and presentation. I appreciate good food and you can definitely see the work and creativity of how the chef selected the specific ingredients and herbs to create a masterpiece. I also loved the simplicity in presentation but the richness in flavour for each dish. Everything on the tasting menu was amazing but I enjoyed the lobster ravioli and the mushroom tartelette the most. Our waiter and the whole staff were very attentive. Our waiter suggested a few changes that could be made on the menu to ensure that I am eating safely as I’m pregnant. I really appreciate the hospitality, the courtesy and the attention to detail. It is very rare to see such qualities in fine dining restaurants these days. I live in Ottawa and I am happy to experience Chez Sophie. The whole team is very knowledgeable in the culinary and hospitality world. I highly recommend that everyone gets a chance to go and try Chez Sophie’s wonderful food and dining experience. I love, love this place and will definitely be back to celebrate another special occasion next time I’m in town!

The food and drinks were outstanding in taste as well as presentation. I was dining alone as I was travelling for work. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very much taken care of the entire time at the restaurant. I will definitely return to the restaurant next time i am in Montreal.
