What Sonoma Dream doesn't like about White Castle:
such bad service, I am shocked I.did not even get to the order . Took 25 minutes of waiting and being ignored with a line of cars behind us. The cars up front moved up and there was a giant gap ... for 25 minutes. The woman that was supposed to take the take orders said to wait... so we waited... through the window we watched the woman with the headset gossip with her co worker, while we were trying still to be patie... Ordered online to avoid the line. Took OVER a half hour to get my 6 measly burgers and people who were behind me and had just ordered in the drive thru got their orders before me. Naturally my food is cold as well.

The only White Castle I know that doesn't use onions or pickles and toasts the bun. Ugh.
Kelly, the manager , she is so amazing and the store is always quick with my food , they never get anything wrong ! I love that white castles !! Highly recommended!!
This was the worst bag of burgers I have ever gotten from White Castle. Do better.
