What Michael Romero doesn't like about Sam's Club:
Worst customer service I've ever experienced and after waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes they'll hang up on you without giving you an answer absolutely trash and this was the so called supervisor View all feedback.
They removed like all the cones at the gas station and now it’s way more of a pain to get gas or go through.
This place is awful. The workers are rude. Especially the cafe workers. Always out of ice at the drink station but they let you find that out after you buy drinks. Workers are not helpful or informational. I don't even think they know why they're at Sam's either.

The manager that made the bright idea to remove the cones separating the lines for each half of the gas station is the most brilliant employee to have ever worked for Sam’s. Because now you have all these inconsiderate drivers holding up one side of the line as one side pours into all the open lanes and the other waits like the idiot who made this genius decision. One week update: nothing has changed
Always parking, never overcrowded when I visit, easy to navigate. I love that they have sushi. My only issue is that scan and go should be scan and go. Scan and go should mean just that.
