Rosie O’Hare’s Public House is the real deal. Neighborhood pub soaked in colorful history with cold drinks, good food and friendly service. The view of the river is beautiful and the interior is everything you would expect in a bar that’s been around for over 100 years. Tom is an excellent bartender and will tell you all about the background of this place. Ask to see the upstairs — amazing! We will be back. Best Rueben we’ve ever had! Their homemade apple pie liqueur is a must-try!

Try the Irish Stack with the homemade chips and corned beef. Delicious.

I hosted my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner here on November 3, 2022. There is a room for private parties on the 2nd floor that is very cozy. We had about 50 people. Jamie was so helpful with choosing which package to get. I was confused about how the bar portion worked and she was very patient and thorough in her explanation of how the pricing worked.
