Food great, service great, loved the decor and building, easy parking. I had a mind blowingly delicious gin vermouth cocktail. What User doesn't like about Scoff:
The service was disorganized, the food was lukewarm, and we weren't offered any cutlery beforehand. Overall, it felt unprofessional. While the venue has potential, it doesn't justify the prices. The food was overly salty, the meat was tough, and the decor seemed cheap, like something from a grocery store. View all feedback.
Long wait to order drinks, long wait for the drinks to arrive and an even longer wait to order food. Some of the staff were pleasant but the senior management were very rude. If you are sitting outside be prepared to be forgotten about. Overrated.

The music was very off putting early 80's pop hits surely something/anything would be more suitable for such a sophisticated dining experience, not sure who they are aiming to appeal to a load of grannies who go to Butlins?

I can’t write enough positive things about our experience the other night. Fantastic food, lovely atmosphere, brilliant live jazz being played, friendly service. And all felt very safe. We had a brilliant time and will definitely be back soon.
Great food which included vegan, which is always difficult. Great service in a building bursting with history.
