Fairouz is a modern restaurant that takes you on a culinary journey through the Middle East. Chef Walid El-Tawel's dishes are inspired by traditional recipes but are given a contemporary twist. Located in a beautifully renovated Heritage house in Somerset Village, Fairouz offers a sleek and modern dining space that still pays tribute to its traditional roots. Chef El-Tawel works closely with local farmers and suppliers to create dishes that are both delicious and sustainable. With a curated wine list and creative cocktails, Fairouz provides guests with a unique dining experience that combines upscale service with a relaxed atmosphere. Very good place, located in a very nice place in San Pedro, just a nice restaurant with great service and very good food, they also have an amazing wine list, I recommend this place, a must do in Monterrey!
A lovely evening. Rather pricey. Service was fine. Nice touch with the birthday desert.
Food was good, not spectacular. The Pides and Dips are great, everything else was average. Service was below par, our server forgot to bring multiple things and took forever to circle back to our table, even after the restaurant had quieted down. For the value of fine dining, the overall experience left wanting.
