Unfortunately, I am not a fan of mint flavor in anything other than ice cream and was disappointed to find that the vegan chocolate cheesecake ice cream tasted strongly of mint. The staff offered to re-scoop it for me with a fresh scooper, which I appreciated, but the flavor was still minty. If you don't mind mint, this ice cream is great and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. However, as someone who is sensitive to mint, I may not return for fear of the flavor contaminating other options. I would still recommend this place to others who enjoy mint in their desserts.

Personally, I cannot stand the taste of mint in anything, whether it be in ice cream, alcoholic drinks, or anything else. Please keep this in mind as you read my review. The vegan ice cream should be stored separately from the mint chocolate chip ice cream in the cooler to avoid any cross-contamination. Unfortunately, the vegan chocolate cheesecake ice cream ended up tasting like mint, which was disappointing for me. The staff offered to make me a new bowl, but luckily I tasted it before they prepared the entire cup. The second scoop also tasted like mint, but the staff were very understanding and accommodating. I appreciate their patience and kindness. Overall, if you do not mind mint, the ice cream here is great. I would recommend others to give this charming place a try, but personally, I am unsure if I will return as I did not enjoy the taste of the chocolate cheesecake with mint added.
