Subway - Durham

I always enjoyed the staff here. They are usually quite talkative and react well when you are polite!

Found it! Hard to find its pushed back from the street, health rating is a 100 but damn can i get a more unhappy and unsociable employee, no I can't that wouldn't be possible as this young lady was totally unresponsive.

During lunch, I came in with two other people. There were maybe 4 or 5 people at most in front of us. We waited over 20 minutes for our sandwiches to be made. The employees seemed like they could not have cared less about our time being wasted. I understand that sometimes there will be a wait for things, but the time we waited was absolutely unacceptable. Will not be returning if I know I don't have all day to wait for a sub.

Refused to take my order over the phone, even after I explained that I was on a tight schedule.. Causing me more trouble than I needed or wanted.

I walked into subway on 9th st. today at 3:30 pm and found the only employee hiding behind the counter on the phone complaining about another employee. She then proceeded to stand at the corner and look at me waiting for service and continues with her call and only tried to assist me when I turned to leave.I did not patronize this place nor will I be going back.
