This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff is consistently super friendly, and the service is quick and efficient. I’ve never had any issues with my meals. I typically only go there when I see how the drive-thru lines wrap around the building, unless it's a Chick-fil-A, but I have to say that the drive-thru experience here is honestly just as good as Chick-fil-A in my opinion. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The only reason that I am giving this review 3 stars, is because of them messing up my order and telling me that they fixed it correctly. I then showed the lady manager who originally gave me the order, my receipt. She then threw the wrong order in the trash, before fixing me the correct order. I seriously hate to see food get thrown into the trash. At least give it to one of your employees or to another customer. View all feedback.

The service is excellent and consistently prompt. There are usually only two lines, and the interior is always kept clean!
The McDonald's is run like a well-oiled machine! They have never gotten my order wrong or failed to meet my expectations. The fastest McDonald's is definitely in Durham.
The drive thru is super fast and above. fastest service in all durham McDonald’s. the employees here should be paid at least $20/h because of their ability. great job!
Had a complex order and they took care of it perfectly. Portions were great! Staff was very generous and attentive. Overall great McDonald’s to visit!
