I've recently had time to get to Lino's and see how the new owners are doing. I loved it! I was greeted warmly when I walked in, asked if I needed help and even offered a taste of what was on the menu that day! I very much enjoyed the eggplant parmigiana, the fried zucchini and the bacon, onion meatloaf was killer!! The desserts are also really good. The pistachio parfait being my favorite so far! If you've tried them and are one of the few people whose orders weren't perfect, remember we all make mistakes sometimes. How about you politely bring it to their attention so they can fix it instead of posting it publicly. We all want to do the best job we can. Why not help them do it?

I kindly request that you avoid using styrofoam for your sandwiches. Instead, please consider wrapping them in paper. Styrofoam is one of the least eco-friendly materials since it cannot be recycled. Thank you!

The quality of the chicken sandwiches has declined since the acquisition. While the sandwiches are still decent, they don’t compare to what they used to be.

I've tried their 10-inch Italian combo sub twice, and it's absolutely delicious!
