My wife and I couldnât find a babysitter so we decided to do a date night with the kids. We were probably the loudest group there but our waitress was patient and kind. Food was great as usual. I love the salmon or tuna, either medium rare. I had mashed potatoes and collards. The grits are also yummy. Weâve been going here for years and hope to continue to for years. View all feedback. Despite some letdowns in dishes like the short rib and fried egg or shrimp and grits, the use of locally sourced ingredients and fresh food keep diners coming back. While some are eager to return for the welcoming environment and flavorful dishes, others express concern over declining quality. Overall, Harvest 18 offers solid potential with room for improvement in certain areas, making it a hit-or-miss dining spot worth another visit.
