I love Cook Out any day of the week! Apparently, I'm not the only one who likes to frequent this location. The only reason for the four stars is because all throughout the summer, they seem to always be out of watermelon for it's seasonal shake.Nonetheless, I get the same Cook Out tray every time and I've never been disappointed from this location! I had a disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a chicken strip tray, and the chicken pieces were incredibly small. When I went inside to address the issue, I encountered a young lady who I assume was the manager. Instead of apologizing and offering to fix the problem, she replied, "That's the size, ma'am," with an attitude. I told her she could take the tray back and just replace the chicken, but she in... This is a really great fast food restaurant! You can get a tray with a burger, a chicken wrap, and fries, and a soda for 7 bucks! Amazing.
Went in at 9:19pm on 8/17, my shake was taking a little longer than usual so I asked the girl behind the counter. she was on it right away still took quite a while. she came back and gave us the shake some extra in another cup for the wait! made my whole night. 10/10 i hope she has a great night
My wife and I were trying to find a place to have dinner. Never heard of Cook out so we decided to give it a shot and we were NOT disappointed. The burgers were amazing and the rest of the meal really hit the spot! A must to have!
Bro on god the service has gotten progressively worse here and it saddens me. I don 't blame them, I mean I know they 're short staffed and are already pulling off miracles every night. But tonight, after waiting an hour from 2:30-3:30 in the morning, I got kind of upset. I get up to order, and I kid you not cookout chick goes hurry yo dumbass up . ??? Bro like what. I just left this cook out on shannon rd store number 137 and the young man who took my order was very polite and professional. the best drive-dru experience I ever had at any cook out. I just want business and manager to know how much I am from the customer service experience I had tonight. I wish I knew the name of the young man.
