Chipotle Mexican Grill - Durham

In and atmosphere was low food options at the front were limited and scattered over the back of the kitchen. eating was ok, I got a ridiculous amount of rice and very little protein. the chips were stale, and the queso was ok. I like chipotle, but probably not again at this place.

This is truly despairing to write, I have been restraining from writing any reviews but after two different days in one week,First my lunch order was completey wrong on Monday and today I placed another placed another online order.Let me just start by saying my protein choicewas steak but instead i received a teaspoon of fat and bowl of beans no vegetables in which I ordered and then it was tasteless, if you guys cant afford to provide a serving please make customers aware youre selling tasteless samples at upcharge.

On 10/03/22, at approximately 8:37 p.m. I went to the Chipolte restaurant on Erwin Rd. There were 2 or 3 strips of steak remaining so I asked if they were making more. The server told me that they were cleaning the grill for the night and no more would be made. This seemed a bit strange as it was 2.5 hrs. before closing time. I was a bit disappointed as I drove from the other side of Durham bc the Erwin Rd. location is usually better than the Roxboro Rd. location. I settled for the chicken and was even more disappointed as it tasted sweet ? . Add this with a plethora ofannoying youth very little to no supervision running the place and you get one dissatisfied customer that will not return.

I wanted to leave a bad review but my granddaughter reminded me that everyone tries sometimes needs a second chance so I am leaving my opinions out of this review but have left suggestions in it. I hope all chipotle managers owners read this review strive to put their customers first remember ur in the service business verbally attacking customers is never unacceptable, clean tables r expected, u need food to sell food u never close early because ur employees want to.

Apparently the white lady had a hearing problem.. I specifically asked for no corn and she overloaded my burrito with corn. Im Allegeric by the way. Then she proceeded to still give it to me.. I felt highly offended and will not be returning ever again. Yuck !
