I ordered General Tso chicken, and while it was hot, the chicken was quite dry. I decided to give them another chance and called in my order, but the customer service was terrible. The person I spoke to was very curt. I won't be giving them my business again!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The woman at the register was quite rude and even snatched my debit card from me. Additionally, the egg drop soup spilled in my car because the lid wasn't secured properly. This was my first visit, and I definitely won’t be returning!

I called to ask about the different flavors of chicken included in the combination plates. Unfortunately, the young lady I spoke to didn’t seem to understand my question. When I tried to explain further, she rudely interrupted me and mentioned that she was vegetarian and didn’t know the flavors. I then requested that she check the menu, but once again, she offended me by refusing, saying, "No, I am not looking at the menu!" I politely pointed out that her behavior was rude and inappropriate. I will certainly not be spending my money there again. If it hadn't been for my son wanting Chinese food, I wouldn't have called at all. What’s the point of calling in an order if they're unwilling to assist or answer questions?

Food was not fresh, customer service was awful the lady at the front was rude and had an attitude overall my experience was not good at all i would not recommend it to anyone

I have been here regularly since I was about 10, I am now 18 and I can say that I absolutely love her food. will never go anywhere else
