I had the brisketburger and omg it was absolutely delicious! I have the Bbq sauce, pickles and swirl. I got the claw on the side, and I didn't get the cheddar on the burger and it was wonderful. my father and I had dinner and we went in to catch the last half of the Duke football game. it wasn't on one of the tvs, but everything we had to do was asked and they did it right for us! What Harrison Jenkins doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Their customer service is simply one thing of the most terrible ones I’ve experienced in my whole life. We stood at the front desk for 20 minutes (the restaurant was empty by the way), one of the servers passed by us FOUR times and didn’t even have the decency of at least asking if we could wait a couple minutes before she could seat us. If you can, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL. View all feedback.
Chilli is a great spot for a casual meal. The menu is diverse, with standout options being the $10.99 special and two for $25 deals. The custom burgers are a must-try, as are the famous lemonades. The staff is friendly and attentive, both pre and post Covid-19. Parking is plentiful, making it convenient for families. I suggest parking closer to the restaurant rather than the busy shopping center lot.
We went to this restaurant for lunch yesterday, 2/3, and as soon as we walked through the front door, we were hit with the overwhelming smell of day-old garbage. Despite being seated at one of the few clean tables, the hostess appeared to be doing nothing. We waited and waited, along with other guests, but no one came to take our order or even bring us water. We decided to try the bar instead, but there was no bartender there either. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we gave up and left. We ended up going across the parking lot and within 10 minutes, we had a table, water, and food. It's such a shame to see a restaurant go downhill like this.
The bar was not clean. The bartender was unfriendly and did not appear to be happy to be working. The food was decent, but not very hot - although my boyfriend's food was. I doubt I would return to this restaurant.
We arrived at 10:30pm to get take out. One of the servers took us to the side where take our was located. 5 minutes later, we were informed that take our close at 10:30. No sign says 10:30. A gentleman came in behind us. The same server started to bring him around and I had to inform him that take our closed when we walked up, so he needed to turn around and like us, find something else. Both employees spoke English. That is not racist, it just shows a complete lack of communication. The next time you want to close early, let the rest of your staff know what you are doing. What really upsets me is knowing chili's is one of my favorites and now everyone I go there, I will always have a moment of hesitation when I enter.
5 stars is for the woman who sat us, our waitress and a helper in the kitchen that brought out a few of our food! the best service all around. eating was ok what I got, but I had to place it to others and it was much better. Not sure what was in the quality or preparation of food. it was just out.
