Bruegger's Bagel Bakery - Durham

I visited this restaurant on January 11, 2024, and I have to say, the service here is AMAZING! I called to ask about their 5-Cheese Bagel, and Damien answered the phone. He made sure it would be ready for me when I arrived! The entire staff demonstrates incredible customer service. Keep up the fantastic work! You all deserve raises!

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I can confidently say that I will be coming back! The staff members there around 10:30 AM were incredible, providing excellent customer service!

This was my first time at a Brueggers. While I have known about the company. I have never tried it. As I am a rabid fan of breakfast. This did not disappoint in the slightest. I had a bacon/egg/cheese everything bagel. It was a beautiful sandwich!! Quality ingredients. Like if I could eat it over again, I certainly would in that moment. However, I was even more impressed with the service I received from the gentleman who seemed to manage the floor. Forgive me, I do not remember his name. A black gentleman. Because of the high quality of sandwich and exceptional service. I returned later to buy several loose bagels to try at home. And I will return again. Guaranteed. Thank you team!!
