Biscuitville - Durham

I really like this restaurant, but I do wish they would add their operating hours on their website or have a voicemail recording with their hours on the phone.

Wonderful customer service! I was in a hurry this morning to feed a bunch of scouts working on my son's Eagle Project so I called ahead and placed my order. I arrived there 10 minutes later and they were already packing everything for me. They were very professional on the phone, greeted me when I walked in and even carried my order out to my car. I will be doing business with this establishment again!

I 've passed various Biscuitville stores this year and finally had a chance to try this one. I ordered the country ham biscuit, country fries, and coffee. While waiting for my order I noticed on the menu the Ultimate Bacon Biscuit. So my order came up. The ham biscuit was terrific... just what I would expect. Same for the country fries. Coffee was good, also. Still slightly hungry, I went back to the order window and ordered the Ultimate Bacon Biscuit. It came up quickly. Apparently what distinguishes the Ultimate Bacon Biscuit and an ordinary bacon biscuit is the addition of a slice of cheese and an egg patty. It was good. No complaints, but it didn 't knock my socks off as I would expect something labeled Ultimate. Well fed and satisfied, I tried to use the restroom, but a sign said that they were outdoors. Sure enough, around the side of the building were 2 doors to the restrooms. The ladies ' room was utilitarian and mostly clean. But I had the impression that I was in a recycled building which in a former life had been a 1950s or 60s gas station, with restrooms accessed from the side. Not a show-stopper, but next time I 'll look for a Biscuitville with a more modern architecture. My only other gripe is that all Biscuitville locations seem to close at 2 pm. I 'd be more likely to stop again if they had longer hours.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! I visited this morning for breakfast before taking my step-daughter to the Amtrak train station and had a terrible experience. The staff here are incredibly rude and disrespectful. The atmosphere is chaotic and the layout is not conducive to a smooth business operation. Everything seemed dirty, with hair even found in my milk and on my biscuit wrapper. The manager was constantly yelling orders, creating a hostile environment for employees. The cashier was also rude and condescending. However, I do want to note that I am a fan of Biscuitville in general. Their other locations in Graham and Burlington provide excellent service and delicious biscuits. Unfortunately, the Club Blvd. location needs major improvements or should be shut down.

The food was ready before we even finished paying! Staff were friendly and funny. Best biscuitville biscuits and gravy that my boyfriend has had in his entire life (and he's been coming to biscuitville for eleven years) gravy was thick and delicious.
