Arby's - Durham

Every time I visit, the food is consistently well-prepared and the staff is always very friendly.

The customer service was excellent, but unfortunately, the sandwiches were not up to par. The fries were also cold, but you can't win them all.

It has been a while since I last visited Arby's, but they have added a lot to their menu. During our visit, we tried the Greek gyro, the classic roast beef and cheddar sandwich, curly fries, and a jamocha shake. Everything was delicious. The gyro meat didn't have the same texture as traditional spit-roasted lamb, but it still had great flavor, especially with the tasty sauce. The shake was larger than I remembered and topped with a chocolate swirl, which was a nice touch. The roast beef and cheddar sandwich was a classic favorite, and who can resist the seasoned curly fries? They also had a variety of fresh market products that looked appealing. Keep up the good work, Arby's!

I always go for the French dip, but they weren't frying. totally understandable. I have set a lower rating because I was not given my full order and decided to go back instead of waiting in the drive. when I had a complete order, I had to correct parts of the order. After I have paid for everything in full scope (no coupons or anything that is common at other locations, if orders have been fled), I regretted this experience openly and would rather have lowered the costs and instead went to nearby zaxby’s for huh.

I have ordered a large and a medium sized meal and this is what I had gotten form this Arby’s.
