Only been to this location a few times but the staff had always been friendly even if not speedy. Greeted with a smile and offered a drink if there was a wait after I placed my order. Even address you by name (they take your name for your order), so it 's nice when they say, We 're just waiting on your chicken sandwich Mike. Would you like a drink while you 're waiting? What Kendall Berge doesn't like about Arby's:
Waited 15 minutes to place my order, when I finally did order my 1 sandwich and mozzarella sticks, I waited another 12 minutes to get it. The final straw, overcharged, 18.54 for three meal combos. They mixed up my order with someone else. Oh yeah no sauce, great place. View all feedback.
Clean, seems to have been rebuilt recently. the food was good, took a few minutes to get, but it was fresh so that it was worth waiting.
My gyro was surprisingly good. Service was friendly and competent, but the dining room lacked attention. Advertising signs for the windows were covering two large tables. More importantly the condiment bar was completely empty of all sauces and was dirty. I assume this is because the general shortage of labor otherwise the rating would be lower.
I asked for Arby's Sauce, twice, and imagine my surprise when I opened the bag and there was NO Arby's sauce! It's not a big deal but if they can't get the sauce right what are they missing from the food order!!! Big disappointment...
They do a good job with the expected food quality, the staff is pleasant, but the dining room is often closed. I don't want to eat in my car! Every time this happens I go elsewhere. I am about to stop even trying. Update 5/20/22: Dining room closed again today at lunch. I am DONE with this location.
They just ruin my whole hungry situation! This is not good at all, I just found this on my food
