The waiters are always friendly and most of them provide great service. I go there at least twice a month with my wife and love the fact that the mega cappuccinos really are mega, being one of the largest cappuccinos I've had at a really decent price. Their food is not bad either, but feels slightly overpriced for anything other than the breakfasts on the menu. View all feedback.

The service left alot to be desired.i walked in and almost had to beg for any attention or service from any of the staff. Finally got taken to a table that the other waitress screamed at this waitress that our is meant for another table all this while we are all left in limbo with no apology at all. On Saturday the 15th of May I came into your restaurant at 9:00am for my daughter's birthday. Our waitress Xoli was unpleasant and rude. When we asked her for 2 separate bills she was frustrated and when she went to place our order even banged the counter there.Our order of the steak was supposed to be medium rare but it came well done and in such bad presentation. The eggs Benedict also was poorly presented and tasted terrible.The hot drinks all came cold.We used the Entertainer App and when asked if we could use the beverage voucher with the meal voucher we were told by the manager that Fego does not give away free food. This was such an insult because we were not there for free food. The manager was horrificly unpleasant.It's a pity we did not take pics of our meal. Overall the taste was poor and there was really bad service.I feel it is my duty to bring this to your notice as this is not up to Fegos high standard.The review link is not working.
