What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
My experience was good overall, but there was a mix-up with our order, which could have been my fault or not. However, that wasn't the main issue. When I brought the mistake to the attention of the staff in a respectful manner, one of the employees seemed quite upset and made several impatient remarks. View all feedback.
Unfortunately, the woofer rings were not edible over cooked. we went so far that we have the auto-hop (the excellent service thank you! it has a tipp! They bring us a fresh order that was also burned to crumble. other than the visist was a good thanks!
The worst service possible. The manager was so rude. I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich with the egg on the side. They put the egg, cheese, bacon on the side. The bread was cold. I went up to ask if they could remake it with just bacon cheese in the bread, because the cheese was stuck to the box. She refused and just gave me a cold piece of cheese. She also argued with me when I mentioned the tots were cold. She was so rude and argumentative. It would have been easier just to put the egg on the side, like we originally ordered.
This place completely sucks. Only a dab of sauce when I order flavored popcorn chicken and the stalls are always blocked off by cones so there’s no need to order in the app because you have to wait in drive through line anyways.
The person taking our order was very rude. She kept saying we were being too quiet, even after yelling at the speaker, and then implied it was our fault. Went up to the window to try and figure it out and discovered she was the manager. Not a pleasant experience. If there was an issue with the speaker, find a better solution than having customers yell and making them feel bad.
So on October 3rd, I went to Wendy's to get a chicken sandwich. Wendy's dining room was closed. Reluctantly, I decided to go to Sonic because I wanted chicken. Tried to order and was told that the kitchen was closed and they were only selling drinks! WTH? Do these franchisee owners pay so little that no one will work there? I am so done with this awful fast food place. Tried it again My husband got a double bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was RAW! In the past, we have gotten the wrong food, have had items missing and had poor quality food. Trying to call the store or the national number gets me nowhere. I WON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
